How to measure your feet

Place a piece of paper on a flat floor against a wall. Ensure the edge is perfectly flush without any gaps.

Stand on the paper with your heel firmly against the wall. Put your full weight on the foot for accuracy.

Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance. Now you have the full length of your foot!
Expert tip: Barefoot shoes should be roomy. We recommend choosing a size that gives you 0.5 â 1.0 cm of extra space in front of your toes for optimal comfort.

Absolutely love the feeling of these. This is my second pair from North, got a great deal on their latest release. If you are new to barefoot shoes, the trick is to just stick with them. They will hurt in the beginning but trust me! After your feet has adapted you will feel the difference

As an RMT & Reflexologist, I 100% recommend these shoes! The comfort of the foot in the shoe allows for a natural feel. These shoes have saved my walks. I was using athletic and another brand of barefoot shoes when walking my dogs and my feet and ankles began hurting when I walked my dogs. Out of desperation I tried the Peak shoes and my feet and ankles have not bothered me. I can walk my dogs pain free. I also tried to remove the buckles from the Relief Plus's and it was possible to lace them normally. Recommend!
